One of my favorite scenes is Han Solo's response to Leia's "I love you."
Also the "Cave Scene"... the music, the atmosphere... and the creepy reveal at the end, signifying Luke is not ready to battle the Dark Side and that he could very easily slip into the Dark Side himself. Fantastic scene!
